Cancellation policy

 

We understand unexpected situations may force you to cancel your appointment if this occurs, we politely request a cancellation call 24 hours before your booked appointment.

Your booking fee will be forfeited if you miss, cancel, or change your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice.

Booking fees are then not refundable, however, if you meet this requirement, they are transferable.

All clients receive a text message alert 24 hours prior, reminding them of their upcoming appointment, this is your opportunity to confirm or reschedule your appointment if you are unable to attend.

The Web Appointment Book is currently best viewed through a web browser on a desktop and laptop computer – this  allows users to clearly access all booking details 

Step 1:   Select the relevant service category from the Category list, and then select a service from the Service list.

Step 2:   IMPORTANT: WHEN BOOKING A COLOUR OR FOILS . . .  A HAIR CUT OR BLOW WAVE SERVICE MUST ALSO BE PURCHASED.
Please select the COLOUR service or FOILS service first  and add a Toner service  . . . and then please select a HAIR CUT service or BLOW WAVE service.
PLEASE CHOOSE SERVICES CAREFULLY SO CORRECT SERVICE TIME IS ALLOCATED FOR YOU.

Step 3:   Choose an employee from the available list of Employees.
If you do not require a specific employee, simply select the Any Employee option.

Once you’ve finished choosing all your services and employees, click Next to continue.

 

If not sure what service to choose we suggest calling the salon to discuss it with an employee.

Our services are individual, you need to add all the services to your online booking separately, with the same chosen stylist

Not all service and time options are listed and if you can’t find what suits you, you can call or email us and we can help find a suitable appointment for you.

The available colour services listed are packaged together to allow the operator time to complete a full service.

Choose the Fashion Colour option for foils, balayage or multi colour services and we will call and discuss what your exact requirement is when authorizing the service. The time required will then be adjusted for the services you need.

 

Gift Voucher Booking Policy

 

Gift vouchers are redeemable at Cyber Hair only.

All transactions are processed in store or online in AUD and Card Surcharges may apply.

Voucher purchase has a 3-year expiry date from date of purchase.

Lost or stolen gift vouchers will not be replaced or refunded.

No change will be given after service is completed, remaining gift voucher balance may be applied to future purchases.

Digital gift cards must be presented for redemption, (eg. phone, tablet) or printed out.

Gift Voucher can be redeemed for a service of lesser value, or can be upgraded by paying the difference.

They cannot be used to purchase other gift vouchers or be exchanged for cash.

Cyber Hair reserves the right to change these terms of use at any time.

By purchasing or redeeming a gift voucher you accept these Terms & Conditions.

 

Booking Fee Policy

 

We have a strict booking fee policy in place due to no-shows and last-minute cancellations.

To reserve the appointment time a 20% booking fee is required for each service and card surcharges may apply.

Please keep in mind that refunds on booking fees are at the discretion of the business.

Refunds – please allow 2-5 business days.
